SUNDAY OPEN organized by INDEX

Summer in Berlin. For all art lovers who are already back in the city, or not traveling at all in this
special time, and for all others, too: On July 26th the third and last summer edition of SUNDAY OPEN
will take place before the initiative pauses until autumn. After the great success in May and June, 50
galleries and other art venues will open their doors again, despite school holidays, on a hopefully
beautiful summer’s day from 12 to 6 pm.

With each edition of SUNDAY OPEN the list of participants changes, and hence introduces different
paths to contemporary art: In addition to the established and internationally renowned galleries, there
are newcomers and project spaces to discover on the most relaxing day of the week, which may not
have been on your personal agenda before or places that are a little off the beaten track.
