The performance festival CROSS BORDER is a full day with performances by different international artists. The program is organized and compiled by the different members of the Very Contemporary network with associated artists. Their actions range from a barrel-organ playing sound recordings from a solidarity protest, inter-media performances and a site-specific performance in the original kitchen of the former monastery.
The festival takes place at the Kunsthaus NRW Kornelimünster. With its baroque decor and green outdoor facilities the museum offers an attractive setting for the contemporary performative positions.
